Our devices come with a one-year free replacement warranty (from date of purchase) for workmanship issues.
Devices can be returned for refund as long as it has not been more than 30 days from the date of purchase. Our devices are personal use devices and they are not returnable/refundable if the cellophane shrink wrap has been removed. The device must be in the original packaging which is in the same condition that you received it. There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the device’s purchase price.
*InControl Medical gels cannot be returned for a refund.
